We reserve the right to limit usage if it exceeds normal patterns or negatively impacts service quality for other users.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Intellectual Property: The PrecisionWrite Service, including all software, algorithms, user interfaces, and design elements, are owned by or licensed to PrecisionWrite and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without explicit written permission.
Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the text content you submit to our Service. By using our Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the rewriting and paraphrasing services you request.
Important Note on AI Output:
Content generated by our AI may be similar to existing content. It is your responsibility to ensure that AI-generated content does not infringe on third-party rights and to use appropriate citations when necessary.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRECISIONWRITE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
- The quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained through the Service will meet your expectations
- Any errors in the Service will be corrected
You understand and agree that any material or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through use of the Service is done at your own discretion and risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
Direct Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrecisionWrite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Maximum Liability
Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Essential Purpose
The limitations in this section apply even if any remedy fails of its essential purpose.
7. Termination
By You: You may stop using our Service at any time. For Pro subscriptions, you must cancel your subscription to stop recurring charges.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Breach of these Terms
- Use of the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Creation of risk or possible legal exposure for PrecisionWrite
- Extended periods of inactivity
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If we terminate your account, we may delete your content and data.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
International Users: If you access the Service from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.
10. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PrecisionWrite regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
